1. Nature of Goods (non original/first copy Electronics)

  • As-Is Basis: All items sold on thethrifter.in are "not original branded ," "first copy,"  unless explicitly stated as "ORIGINAL."

  • Battery Performance: For portable electronics (Bluetooth speakers/earphones), battery life may not be identical to a original unit. We guarantee functional battery life as per our "Grading System," but do not guarantee original factory-spec runtimes.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • We attempt to be as accurate as possible with technical specifications and condition reports. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% error-free.

  • If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Returns Policy.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing error on the website. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

  • Payment Security: We use third-party encrypted payment gateways. The Thrifter does not store your credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or regional restrictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Thrifter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products purchased from our site.

  • Specifically, we are not responsible for:

    • Damage to ears/hearing due to high-volume usage.

    • Damage to third-party devices (phones/chargers) used in conjunction with our products.

    • Fire or electrical issues caused by using incompatible charging adapters.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use our website for any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to "friendly fraud" (claiming an item wasn't received when it was) or attempting to hack our payment systems.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion if suspicious activity is detected.
