Welcome to The Thrifter. We are committed to getting your pre-loved finds to you as quickly and sustainably as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Times

• Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Operating Days: We process orders Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

• High Volume Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or remote locations.

3. Tracking Your Thrift

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

At The Thrifter, we believe in circular fashion. To minimize our footprint:

• We use recycled or biodegradable mailers whenever possible.

• You may occasionally receive your order in a repurposed box. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging!

5. Damages & Issues

The Thrifter is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience:

• If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Pro-tip: Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to bring curated thrift to the rest of the world soon!
